What is economic justice? It is defined by the rights and principles above that give economic power and opportunity back to the people. This project seeks to unite people in supporting economic justice and ending our systemic economic corruption—the distortion of markets, policies, institutions and wealth distribution by corporations, political donors, and the wealthy elite to preserve their power and financial interests.
The elements of the symbol represent a vision of an economy that works for everyone — one that dismantles concentrated power, reduces wealth inequality, restores our democracy, and gives everyone a fair chance to succeed.
This was a mostly non social media-based word-of-mouth ripple project to unite people with a symbol for a cause - fighting against economic corruption and for economic justice - but the project will now be using social media to spread the word. The sticker is being given out everywhere for free and you can get two for free by ordering below, no email required.
Our country is severely polarized and we desperately need to find something to bring us back together. Fighting against political and economic corruption and for economic justice is an issue the large majority of people seem to desire and are willing to passionately fight for. A symbol that represents this central message could be a powerful tool for unifying people and making change.
